2) For web hosting customer need to pay in well advance and account will be confirmed only after receiving full Payment.

3) Osmanabadonline.com does not take any liability out of non functioning of Website due to any problems of Web Server or ISP.

4) We reserve rights to cancel the account or change Web Server any time.

1) Customer need to provide design and layout requirements in written, we don’t assure 100% match to the expectations.

4) All Necessary features, Number of Clients, Development Platform, Required Outputs should be given in written with order form.

5) Softwares Developed by Osmanabadonline.com are copyrights of Osmanabadonline.com and customer can use it for it’s own use and can not Provide it or sale it to any other third Party(Person/Firm/Govt.).

6) Initially we provide DEMO version of software,Full product will be available only after receipt of Full Payment.

7) Demo versions of softwares may be developed by using demo/shareware versions of commercial development tools it may contain such warning Messages etc.

8 ) We provide free on site support for Limited time period (one year if not specified explicitly) after it customer need to pay for further support.

9) We allow to use software only at the previously mentioned location, installation, demo or support will be provided at the same location. Extra charges will be applicable for change in location or extention.

10) All Hardwares,Software or other Required infrastructure required for Demo/Training/ Installation should be provided by the customer.

11) Software operational training may be provided to 2 persons per client/server.

12) Customer have to use software at their own Risk and Osmanabadonline.com will not be liable for any kind of loss or damage due to use of Software developed or customized by Osmanabadonline.com.

13) After Launching the product any enhancements or scaling will be charged extra.

14) Depending upon circumstances development time frame may extend.
